With the exception of spares, we do not sell our products directly to consumers. However you are welcome to contact us to locate your nearest stockist of any item on our website. Should an item in our product catalogue not be available in your area, we will gladly offer you the opportunity to purchase the said item at retail price + any extra postage costs via phone, fax or email.

Our guarantee

Every item is guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship or materials for six months from the original date of delivery when installed and maintained properly. We agree to repair or replace without charge, at our choice, any product judged defective for either of these reasons. Please arrange to return the item (or its replacement) to us freight prepaid or alternatively take it to the retail outlet the item was purchased from, along with proof of purchase. Products that do not have a special guarantee carry up to a six month guarantee which is honored only when the product is inspected and found to have experienced normal use.
